Some common side effects observed while medicating with Cilostazol are runny nose, Headache, dizziness, diarrhea etc. These effects may not require medical attention but you must inform your doctor if these conditions persist or get worse. There are also some severe and allergic effects which required medical attention immediately like vomit that looks like coffee grounds, signs of infection (such as fever, persistent sore throat), swelling hands/feet, easy bruising/bleeding, black/bloody stools, severe dizziness, vision changes, weakness on one side of the body, fainting, fast/pounding/irregular heartbeat, chest/jaw/left arm pain, severe dizziness, trouble breathing, rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat) etc
